Commissioned by NL Health Services and located at the main entrance to the Mental Health and Addictions Centre in St. John's. Artist Marcia Huyer describes: "Struggling with mental health is often described as feeling heavy or having the feeling of a heaviness over you. This piece explores this idea of heaviness but instills hope through the use of colour and form - the heaviness made light. It also makes reference to many of the natural and built environments of the province: the rocky shore, clustered houses, fishing stages, northern lights, among other things."
