Past and present combines in this sculpture. Our culture and heritage on the island has revolved around the highs and lows of the fishery. We've learned to adjust to the ebb and flow of living here, yet the the cod fish remains as a consistent reminder that communities unite in an effort to make the best of the rock we call home.
